| 5 REASONS WHY I LOVE SUMMER SESSIONS |
I LOVE summer – you might have guessed! Summer is the season with golden fields, a full and ripe vegetable garden and of course hay stacks a plenty! With gorgeous sights, smells and sounds, what better invitation to get out on the farm and enjoy the great outdoors?

1. | The Scenery |
I still can’t believe how lucky I am to be living on Noverton Farm, it really is the BEST studio I could ask for, offering a relaxed environment for my natural photo sessions.
During the summer months the farm really comes to life with children running in the fields of gold, jumping from haystacks, exploring the barns while basking in the sun – the resulting photos are just magical, don’t you agree?
2. | Family Day Out |
I like to think that your photo session is more like a day out on the farm, with which you also get beautiful photos to take home! While you’re having fun together, I capture gorgeous photos of you and your family – if it sounds perfect, it’s because it is!
There’s always something to do on the farm and this couldn’t be more true during the summer months! Visiting children are often found helping Farmer David in his amazing vegetable patch (there’s always a few favourites that can be taken home and enjoyed!).
I love seeing children eating peas right out of the pod – POP! Then digging up potatoes right out of the ground – their sheer delight in these discoveries makes for some wonderful photos!
3. | Sun-Kissed Skin |
As I’m writing this, the sun is shining gloriously over the farm and I have to admit, I just love love love sunshine!
A little summer glow is always flattering so why not make the most of the summer and have your photos taken while you have that lovely summer glow.
4. | Get in Early for Christmas Presents |
I know it’s far too early to be talking about Christmas, especially with the sun shining outside!
Gorgeous photos of you and your family really are the perfect Christmas present for grandparents – even better why not invite the grandparents along for the photo session too? That leads me onto my next bullet point…!
5. | Perfect for Larger Families or Extended Family Sessions |
Extended family sessions are very popular. Getting all the grandchildren in one picture is something to be treasured.
